I got the new release of BodyCombat51 and I am DIEING! There are 10 tracks total right? I seriously have tracks 2 through 8 down. Tracks 1, 9 and 10 are outta effin control and I wanna scream! Don’t get me wrong I LOVE BC and I LOVE that I am teaching it now but those 3 tracks are really testing me. Thankfully I have till the 14th to get them down cold for launch at the gym.
On top of that because that is not enough to stress me out I have been training for this half marathon that I am going to be in this month. HALF MARATHON! 13.1 miles. WTF was I thinking?!?!?
I mean yes it is on my bucket list of things to do and I know I will finish but I have to be honest I am starting to feel a little anxious about this race. I did 4 miles last night. I have been averaging a 10 minute mile which I am fine with I mean I am not a speed racer. Heck I was never a runner till last June when I just randome started. My friend is running the half with me and we both have the same goal. TO FINISH! We are not trying to set any records we just want to finish and finish strong.
