I am not talking about smoking or drinking or drugs either.
I am talking about the fitness wagon.
I do not claim to be a fitness expert. Never. I do claim to be a fitness fanatic. Ever since I have lost weight which is another post in and of itself I have been committed to fitness and being healthy.
Recently due to the amount of shit that has hit the fan lately I have kinda fallen off the fitness wagon. I am pissed about it. I really have no one but myself to blame for it but then again I know what I gotta do to get it together.
I usually work out 6 days a week. My typical week looks something like this…
Monday…run if the weather is nice if not I will hit up the gym and run the track and do some weight work.
Tuesday…combat at the gym.
Wednesday…combat at the gym.
Thursday…run weather permitting if not then off to the gym again.
Friday…tends to be my rest day
Saturday…TRX and combat at the gym.
Sunday…combat at the gym.
Again that is a TYPICAL week. Sometimes I will change it up add more to it or scale back. Recently I have done a lot of scaling back. I can feel it starting to catch up with me. I am starting to feel sluggish and tired. I know it’s because I am slacking. Time to kick my own a$$ into shape and get it back where it belongs.
This weekend is launch weekend at the gym. I was supposed to help in the launch of BodyCombat but with everything that is going on with Gram I told my GFM that I was not going to be able to guarantee her that I will be there. I told her that if I am there I would shadow and do a track or 2 that I have 100% down but I again I cant guarantee that I would be there. She totally understood and was cool with it. I guess we will see what happens with that. Also depending what happens in the next few days I am planning to go to the reservoir and do a nice 5 mile run over the weekend.
