Easy Ham n Swiss Pie: Recipe

I was talking to a friend of mine at work one day about easy recipes. She told me of this ham and swiss pie that she makes for her family that is super easy to make.
You will need…
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham – I used 2 ham steaks you can get at the grocery store and just cut it up.
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup green onion – I used a sweet onion because that is what I had.
1/2 cup bisquick – I used the heart healthy bisquick again because thats what I had on hand.
1 cup milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
What you need to do…
Cut up the ham steaks and put them in a greased 9 inch pie plate top with onion and swiss cheese. In a bowl mix the bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper until it’s all blended together. Pour it on top of the ham, cheese and onion. Pop that bad boy in the oven at 400 for about an hour. Pull it out and eat it!

If ya make it lemme know how you like it!

This recipe is great! The second time I made it, I added 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, and an extra 1/2 cup Swiss cheese. It was out of this world! I’ve passed on the recipe (original and revised) to at least 15 people.
