I have decided that I am gonna start logging in my workouts for the week on Sundays.
For my own records.

My typical week includes 2 days of rest.
This week was no different.
Launch at the gym.
I took CX which is a 30 minute core training class.
I jumped in the elliptical for about 15 minutes then went over chorey for Combat.
Taught combat and stayed for pump.
Long morning at the gym that resulted in 1200 calories burned.
Combat at home 700 calories down.
Combat as a participant 700 calories killed.
Weight training on my own 200 calories killed.
I usually work on combat chorey but I wasnt feeling it.
Lets be real I do a lot of combat to begin with.
I decided to do a workout I found on pinterest.
I have to say it was tough and I loved it!
I will be doing it again!

I would tell ya how many calories I burned but Rylie thought it would be a good idea to eat my heart rate monitor watch.
Yeah I was not thrilled about that.
I had all intentions of working out Friday however sh*t hit the fan and all my intentions were thrown out the window.
I hit the gym Saturday morning.
I jumped on the arc trainer for about 25 minutes followed by Pump and Combat.
