This Week In Workouts…

Ok so there is no surprise that I workout.
Hello do you know whos blog you are reading?
Even better is there’s no surprise that I workout just about daily.
Again you DO realize whos blog your reading?

I have decided that I am gonna start logging in my workouts for the week on Sundays.
For my own records.
Sorry.
I’m not so sorry. 
Luckily there is a fun link up as well.

My typical week includes 2 days of rest.
This week was no different.
Lets review…
Saturday 10.13.12
Launch at the gym.
I took CX which is a 30 minute core training class.
I jumped in the elliptical for about 15 minutes then went over chorey for Combat.
Taught combat and stayed for pump.
Long morning at the gym that resulted in 1200 calories burned.
Sunday 10.14.12
Rest
Monday 10.15.12
Combat at home 700 calories down.
Tuesday 10.16.12
Combat as a participant 700 calories killed.
Weight training on my own 200 calories killed.
Wednesday 10.17.12
Rest
Thursday 10.18.12
I usually work on combat chorey but I wasnt feeling it. 
Lets be real I do a lot of combat to begin with.
I decided to do a workout I found on pinterest. 
I have to say it was tough and I loved it! 
I will be doing it again! 
Incase ya wanna give it a try…
I would tell ya how many calories I burned but Rylie thought it would be a good idea to eat my heart rate monitor watch.
Yeah I was not thrilled about that.

Friday 10.19.12
I had all intentions of working out Friday however sh*t hit the fan and all my intentions were thrown out the window.

Saturday 10.20.12
I hit the gym Saturday morning.
I jumped on the arc trainer for about 25 minutes followed by Pump and Combat.

Awesome week in workouts in my book!

    WOW! That’s an amazing week of workouts! Do you ever do body attach? That’s one of my favs.
    I’ve seen this workout challenge before and I have no idea what a Russian twist is or a bird dog.
    I usually workout 2-3 times per week :s I gotta step up my game a bit. Thanks for sharing! Very inspiring!
