First things first…
HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY TO ME!
Yes friends today is my 30th birthday.
And yes I am feeling sassy!
I have had a bunch of people over the last few weeks ask how does it feel to be turning 30?
Honestly it doesn’t phase me.
25 on the other hand.
Oh my goodness you would have thought my life was coming to an end at 25.
I swear I had “Quarter Life Crisis” at 25.
As I sit here at this milestone age I can honestly say I am happy in life.
I am the healthiest I have ever been and I’m in the best shape of my life.
I have friends and family that love me and support me, I have a roof over my head, and two fur balls that love me unconditionally.
I am content.
With that said lets move on to This Week In Workouts with my home girl Tara
Not gonna lie this week was kinda light compared to my “normal” weeks with getting back in the swing of things with work and some of the crazy hours I worked this week.
The important thing though is I got up and moved.
Even if it was only a little bit!
2 mile walk with the dogs at the park and a at home full body circuit.
2 miles on the treadmill at home with some resistance band training.
30 minutes of chorey review before team teaching BodyCombat @ RWJ.
Combat Chorey Practice learned 2 new tracks!
I am so not happy with this weeks workouts.
This week was crazy at work.
I was super tired and honestly did not have much time to breath let alone work out.
Game on this week though!
