So one day whilist perusing our beloved Pinterest I stumbled upon these two gems.
This was so stinking easy and GOOD!
I followed the recipe for the most part only I made a few changes which I noted in bold and italics.
Package of boneless skinless chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup -I used fat free cream of chicken soup because thats what I had-
1 block of cream cheese -I used fat free cream cheese again because thats what I had-
1 packet of Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dry Dressing
I also added in some mixed veggies that I had left over from the previous nights dinner.

Put chicken in crock pot
Add soup, cream cheese, dry dressing mix and veggies if your using them.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4.
Serve over brown rice or what ever you want.
There was so much when this was done!
I had some for dinner and then packed up pre portioned pyrex bowls and took left overs for lunch and froze the rest!
I looked at this recipe and thought I’M GONNA MAKE THIS!
Then I had the swift idea of adding chocolate chips to it!
THEN I had the even swifter idea of making the “bread” into muffins so they would be all preportioned!
I set to work…
2 cups whole wheat flour -I used regular flour as that was all I had-
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup sugar free applesauce
3/4 cup honey
2 eggs beaten
3 ripe bananas mashed up
chocolate chips to taste I think I used about a half cup give or take.
Set the oven to 350*
Mash up your bananas and mix in the apple sauce, honey and eggs.
Mix that in with the flour salt and baking soda.
Line your muffin tin with cupcake liners or spray the muffin tin with cooking spray and spoon in the mixture.
Bake about 15 mintues or till you can put a tooth pick in and it comes out clean.
Spray your loaf pan with cooking spray and pour in the batter.
Bake for about an hour or until you put a tooth pick in the center and it comes out clean.
Let everything cool for about 10 minutes take it out of the tins and place on wire rack to finish cooling!
  Hugs, Nikki

I’ve made both of these before and they’re so good.

Your muffins look delish. Now I’m craving some chocolate and banana.
