This Week In Workouts…

Happy Sunday Funday Friends!

It’s Sunday and I have been bitten with the baking bug.
So far I have made the pretzel bites with kisses and M&M’s, a batch of chocolate chip cookies, and I am finishing up a batch of chocolate chip peanut butter M&M cookies right now.
Busy beaver right here.
When that’s done I will be taking to my living room to do a little combat.
Speaking of working out lets take a look at this weeks workouts.
I will be honest I feel like I had a ‘meh’ week.
I know to some of you you will be like WHAT the hell is she talking about?
But to me who is so active this week was just that…
Sunday 12/9
Little over 3 mile walk on the treadmill at home.
Monday 12/10
CX and 30 minutes on the Arc Trainer @ The Club
Tuesday 12/11
Rest Day
Wednesday 12/12
45 minutes on Arc Trainer and Pump @ The Club
Thursday  12/13
Forced Rest Day because I had a meeting at the new RWJ New Brunswick facility.
Friday 12/14
Rest Day
Saturday 12/15
Trifecta Les Mills Morning @ The Club
Step, Pump and Combat
Not a bad week.
I took an extra rest day.
No particular reason just didn’t feel like working out on Friday.
Lazy ass.
