This Week In Workouts!

Hey Friends! 
First of all Happy Sunday. 
Second, today is the last day you will hear from me for the next week but have no fear I have some fabulous friends filling in for me! You will love them! 
Third, how did everyone do this week with their workouts? 
MONDAY 2/18
Step n Tone @ RWJ NB
BodyPump @ RWJ OB
TUESDAY 2/19
BodyCombat & BodyPump @ RWJ NB
WEDNESDAY 2/20
Left for Florida was planning to take the day as a rest day but wound up walking 2.5 miles!
THURSDAY 2/21
5 mile run followed by 40 push ups 50 sit-ups 40 squats 40 lunges 60 second wall sit and 1:30 minutes plank.
FRIDAY 2/22
10 mile bike ride, straight arm plank, straight arm side planks, resistance tubing exercises.
SATURDAY 2/23
Hot Yoga & Stand Up Paddle Board -this shit is legit! More to come on this next week! 
SUNDAY 2/24
I have all intentions of resting today but I am not sure how that is gonna go down. We shall see! 
With that said do not miss me too much this week and give my friends some love!

    I hope you are having a blast on your trip!! I bet you are working out, but that’s good 🙂 I enjoy working out more when I’m on vacay.
