This Week In Workouts…

Hey friends!
How was everyone’s week? Did y’all workout like you wanted to? I know stepped my game up an am feeling a lot better than I was last week.
I leave for vacation in 2 weeks as I wanna kill it before I leave because although I will workout on vacation I know my workouts will not be at intense as they are regularly. I am already brainstorming ideas for workouts I wanna do while I’m away. It’s funny because I was talking to my fried Joe who I teach with and I asked him if he thought I was crazy for trying to plan workouts while I’m on vacation and he said no not at all. He also told me that he does the same thing. Glad to know I’m not alone in that mind set. More on that later though.

30 minutes on Arc Trainer
Tried Pilates for the first time ever. Was not impressed with it. I enjoy Hot Yoga much more.

Wednesday 2/6
Forced Rest Day. I Stayed home from work because I was sick. Went to the doctor and was told my throat was inflamed and swollen. The doctor gave me a Z-Pack.

Shoveled Snow at my house and at Lobsters house. Don’t laugh that shits hard work and a good workout!
