Hey hey there friends!
How is everyone? Can I just tell you I am still recovering from Quarterly on Sunday. It was such an AWESOME day. Lets recap shall we?
The day started with a 5am wake up call. Holy early but hey ya gotta do what ya gotta do right? I figured since I knew I had a HUGE day of workouts ahead of me I should probably start off the day with a filling breakfast so I made my Clean Banana Pancakes
and I had some turkey sausage with that. I was dressed feed and out the door by 6am to make it to Flemington by 7am.
When I got there I meet up with Liz and we wondered our way in.
When we all finally meet up with everyone wound up being a group of 8 instructors!
The “doors” to the store opened at 7am and I wondered around and dropped way to much money on 2 pairs of shorts 2 shirts and a water bottle. In retrospect I do not regret any of it but seriously Les Mills with your prices!?!
After we were done shopping the doors to the sports court were opened and we bee lined for spots. We wanted to get as close to the front as possible.
We wound up being 4 or 5 rows back.
Not to shabby!
The day kicked off with introduction of all the National Presenters.
Then it was go time. We started with BodyPump followed by BodyStep.
I know its a little blurry but the guy in the black shirt is my friend James. He is a instructor in Woodbridge and Rutgers and we just found out that he is on the wait list to becoming a National Trainer for a few programs Attack and Combat being some of them. Go James!
BodyVive was actually a lot harder than I thought it was gonna be not gonna lie.
I have never done BodyVive and I was always under the pretense that it was more of a workout for “older/senior people” let me tell you I was way wrong!
I also did CX and managed to get a picture with the presenters…
The last class I did was of course BodyCombat and oh man it was friggin intense!
The presenters were amazing. I really felt the fitness magic during the class.
Now I only mentioned the Master Classes I actually participated in but there were a few other classes that I do not take nor do I have any desire to. There is BodyJam, Sh’bam, BodyFlow, Grit, and RPM. All the programs are amazing and just so much fun!
We also had a education secessions thrown in the mix as well. I went to two of them one obviously being BodyCombat and the other being BodyPump. I got some insight on how to really help my participants get the moves down which is a good thing.
Why BodyPump? Well because I am going to BodyPump training in April! I am so excited to expand my program knowledge and gain another program.
Overall it was an awesome day with 300 fellow instructors! There is a Mega Quarterly coming up in August but I will not be able to go because I will be in Dallas for Success School with AdvoCare. I can not wait for the next quarterly though!
