This Week In Workouts

Happy Sunday Friends! 
I wont be doing much other than working out and getting some valuable instruction from so highly trained and well respected instructors. Today I will be at Les Mills Quarterly and I am stoaked about it!

Ugh as good as this week was in workouts I really need to get more weight training in! I have got to make that a priority! Usually I get it in a solid 2 day but this week I didn’t get my normal Friday night weights in. I am not gonna beat myself up. 
Today I have a training to go to all day and that is going to include BodyPump along with BodyStep and BodyCombat. Yes friends its quarterly day! I am also excited because it is being held in Jersey at a gym where a bunch of the girls I trained with almost a year ago are members and instructors so it will be nice to catch up with them as well!

    You always stay so active, it’s awesome! Today is my rest day and I know my legs will thank me haha. Have a great one!

    As you know, I have gotten so obsessed with Hot Yoga! Its amazing!

    I have been trying to do more weights, but I need to step it up even more.
