This coming week is going to be BodyPump heavy again as I am getting read to go to training next weekend and I need to be as prepared as possible. I know my tracks I would like to learn the rest of the release or at least as much of it as possible.

    I worked out a few times this week but we did a mud run yesterday so that was my biggest workout haha.
