One of my goals in life is to motivate and encourage as many people as I can and help them reach their health and fitness goals. This is also part of the reason why I have become a group fitness instructor because it is one of the most rewarding things about that “job” for me.
With that said the other day I was reading Mallory’s blog the other day and she hosts a link-up along with Hallie and Nikki called Curing #NOtivation.
Her post this week was a interesting fitness survey that I thought I would take and share with you guys!
1. What did you eat for breakfast?
Mr. Big Truck and I are in the last few days of a 24 Day Challenge

. When I am not on the challenge I typically start my day with 2 egg whites along with 1 full egg scrambled with veggies in it and some avocado.
2. How much water do you drink a day?
