To-Do List That Never Ends

Can we just talk a minute about the monstorus to do list I have. Like seriously. Well wait lemme rephrase that. Can we just talk about the monstorous to do list Mr. Big Truck and I have.
So I have been in my house for 10 years come January and while I have done some things to improve it if you are a homeowner you know you are FOREVER working on your house.
No joke.
Remember I have changed the doors on the house along with the roof. I also re-did my living room. How about when Mr. Big Truck replaced the bathroom sink? We can’t forget about the damn hot water heater adventure can we? Or the garage door FINALLY getting replaced.
Well now friends we have a guest room to add to this list along with a office remodel and a hallway overhual to take care of. Not to mention we have been kicking around ideas for the kitchen and dining room. We are hoping to have some of it done by the time Momma Butler and her crew comes up for a visit.
So lets raise our glasses and toast to things getting done!
I would love to do something with these colors for the office.

And maybe something with these colors for the hallyway.

I like the idea of these colors for the dining room and kitchen since the two rooms flow together.

Mind you these are just some thoughts that are running through my head. Time will tell what will come to be reality.

  Hugs, Nikki

The home improvements in our house have definitely come to a halt after 3 years. Luckily no fixing needed but we have walls to paint and guest bedrooms to decorate still and I’ve totally lost my mojo!

And you need an oversized picture of me hanging in your hallway… because I am awesome.

I love all those colors! Especially the last swatches. We have a long list too. Out neighbor just put on new siding and a new roof (we have identical houses) so now ours really looks 30 years old! The list just keeps getting bigger….

I love all those color combos! My bedroom is very similar to the “Color Sea” ones, by far my fave!

I think you should swap the color schemes for the hallway and dining room. Isnt your living room a brownish theme? That would flow into the dining room, unless you want a big contrast? but we all know im no Martha so I could be totally wrong! Carry on….!
