What’s Up Wednesday

Happy Wednesday friends!

I thought I would join the fun for What’s Up Wednesday. I don’t typically do this link up but I thought why not?!

What we’re eating this week…nothing special. We are working on cleaning out the freezer and fridge so we are just kinda putting whatever we have together.

What I’m reminiscing about…all things TimeHop. Crazy to see how much #babybigtruck has changed in the past year!

What I’m loving…I was talking to my friend Nicole from church and she was telling me how God has worked in her life and I absolutely love what she shared with me! God is so good!

What we’ve been up to…work work work. Mike has been a work horse lately and thankfully today he is only working 1 shift so he will be home with the girls and I tonight!

What I’m dreading…waiting for RSVP’s for all he parties I have been planning. I get so annoyed when people do not RSVP.

What I’m working on…planning planning planning. #babybigtruck is turning 3 so I have party in full planning mode. #babybigtruck2 is being dedicated in June so theres that party as well. Of course there is also Awana and VBS int he works as well. There is also the finishing touches to our family vacation I am planning.

What I’m excited about…seeing how everything comes together with all the parties and of course our family vacation!

What I’m watching/reading…oh man my DVR is so full of all kinds of things. Mike and I have to catch up on Nashville and Designated Survivor. Not reading anything other than the Bible lately.

What I’m listening to…Praise and Worship station on Pandora.

What I’m wearing…jeans and my NorthFace have been my go to lately. I am over the cold and ready for spring and summer temps!

What I’m doing this weekend…Oh man I am in a pickle. I totally spaced and planned to go to a show with friends and did not write it down and forgot about it and I have a ton of other things on the schedule now for the day. IDK what I am gonna do.

What I’m looking forward to next month…Easter is next month which is fun. We have 3 egg hunts on the calendar some birthdays and we will find out whats going on with Mikes job.

What else is new…really not a whole lot which I can’t complain about!

Feel free to play along!

  Hugs, Nikki

I really don’t understand why people have such a hard time RSVPing for events. It’s not that hard and so inconsiderate.

Designated Survivor is the best! I hate when people don’t RSVP. It’s really not that hard!

People not rsvping is my pet peeve. It isn’t that hard to text someone to say yes or no. I am super excited about Easter this year as well. I have had the house decorated since before St. Patricks Day. Ha.

Join the club! It drives me up a wall when people don’t RSVP or just assume I know what they are gonna do. At least you decorated the house. I am bad about that. I seriously only decorate for Christmas. I really need to up my game in that department.

I am over the cold, dreary days here in the midwest. I think we keep passing it to you on the East Coast, sorry! I love reading the bible and am working my way through it this year…currently in John and Leviticus! I love hearing stories of how God is at work in people’s life. It encourages me in my walk! Happy Birthday to your little miss. Hopping over from the linkup! xoxo Erin @ perfectlyportfamily.com

I don’t know how y’all in the midwest do it! I think I would die. Dramatic much? Leviticus, thats a book I have yet to read! I need to find a good bible study to work through too. I agree hearing how God is at work in others lives is so encouraging and uplifting! Thanks for stopping by!
