Mom of the year let me tell you!
I guess #SecondKidProblems is a real thing. #babybigtruck2 sorry I have totally dropped the ball on your monthly updated for your first year. I swear I have been keeping track of things I just have been slow to get them up on the blog.
Lets talk about the fact that she is now 11 months old. I just can’t. We are 3 weeks out from her 1st birthday and I want to cry. Like ugly cry. My little miracle baby is slowly becoming a full-blown toddler on me. Time please I beg you stop.
So what has month 10 of life brought us? Well we had a real fun sleep regression. Can you read the sarcasm in that? So since the girls and I are staying at my mom’s house right now, #babybigtruck2 and I share a room. Good times. Anyway, this sleep regression has really sucked because of room sharing. Basically she has been getting up at least once a night anywhere between 12am and 4am. Sometimes she would go right back down and others she would stay up for an hour or longer. Made for some long nights. Thankfully I think we are starting to come out of this. God willing we are.
She knows her name. I will say her name and she will look at me and know that I am talking to her. She also know when she is doing something she should not be doing and I say her name in the “you’re in trouble” tone she gives me a little smirk and shakes her head no. Stinker!
Girlfriend can put some fruit down. Every morning she has cut up fruit mixed in to her oatmeal and while I make it the night before I usually cut up some extra fruit and give it to her to snack on and you would think it was the GREATEST thing in the world. I can’t and won’t complain about that thought because lets be real she could be eating worse things.
She has learned how to clap and LOVES to clap and gets a kick out of it.
Pulls up on EVERYTHING! Crib. Oven. My leg. Coffee table. Stairs. Sofa. EVERYTHING.
If you hold her hands while she is standing she will take a few steps. Assisted walking. Just a matter of time and she will be walking and I just do not even want to think about that.
Binky only comes out at night and even at that she spits it out after she falls asleep. I am thinking about taking it away all together.
We are done with formula. Early yes but it is what it is. She is not lacking for anything believe me.
